TW for abuse, everything.

Why was I abused? By Healing from complex trauma and PTSD

My friend My Lobster, sent me this and said she is going to read it daily. I think I will too. Maybe repetition is the way to help shift that. You tell yourself something so many times and you start believing it don’t you. So I will be applying that logic to this.

Hopefully it will help.
