So I am currently on day 2 of Phase 1 of The Harcombe Diet The detox phase. Cold turkey on most of the things we enjoy or are addicted to.
I went cold turkey on cigarettes and it was easier than this. The headaches are a nightmare. I have an opticians appointment and choir tomorrow night, so we will see how that goes.
I am basically going through caffeine/sugar/carb withdrawal. My addiction to these, has fed my food intolerances. It creates a vicious cycle. Eat it, crave it, can’t get enough to satisfy the craving, binge more.
I have been doing a lot of that. A lot.
I started yesterday weighting 308.2 pounds. I am as of this morning 306 pounds. So, we shall see what day 3 brings.
