So this happened tonight!!!
In my first week, I have lost 7 lbs! Chuffed is an understatement.
I haven’t undone it though by doing my usual “Devil Night” when I was on plan before. Devil night was basically weigh in night, regardless of a loss or gain, I would eat crap. A proper syn busting night.
Tonight saw me come home and devour a mince and baked bean lasagne, with veggies and a jacket potato. It was amazing. I am writing this waiting for 1030pm to come around so I can shower before bed. (I can’t shower straight after eating it makes me vomit). I am up at 5am tomorrow morning for work. I prepared my food earlier today.
2 weetabix (He ex b), 250ml of semi skimmed milk (He ex a), with grapes and banana. 1 muller light.
Apples and more grapes to snack on.
Feta (5 syns for 25g) and tuna salad. (Lettuce, tomatoes, celery, spring onions and cucumber) A curly wurly (6 syns)
I am all prepared. It’s nice being organised. It really is.
I am hoping for a loss next week. I have picked a number because I didn’t want to put that pressure on myself.
